🎁 Loyalty Program Policy
Javoli webshop maintains a Loyalty Program for its registered customers.
Every person registered on the Website automatically participates in the Loyalty Program.
In the Loyalty Program system, the Customer earns credit after each purchase made from 23.05.2023 at 13:00, according to the following calculation method.
After a successfully completed, invoiced, closed, and received order, the Customer receives 2% of the value of EACH product in the form of credit.
🎯 Use of Credits Earned in the Loyalty Program
- Credits can be used for the purchase of any Product.
- Only credits earned from previous purchases may be used during the current transaction.
- Credits earned in the Loyalty Program can only be used for products available on the Website.
- Credits earned in the Loyalty Program are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. When credits are used, the total price is reduced by their value.
- Credits can be used within 60 days of being earned.
- If credits are not used within the specified period, the Seller will delete the unused credits from the loyalty account.
- Credits can be applied to the price of the Product and the shipping fee as well.
🔐 Condition for Redeeming Credits
Credit redemption is voluntary. To redeem credits, the Customer must be logged into the customer account where the credits are stored at the time of purchase.
